Tom Kerridge, a renowned name in the restaurant pub scene, expands his horizon in London.
Tom Kerridge, celebrated for his success at Corinthia London's Kerridge's Bar & Grill, is bringing his culinary expertise to Chelsea for his latest London venture. This time, the acclaimed chef is set to delight the locals with a new pub experience.
From Marlow to Chelsea: The Journey of The Butcher's Tap and Grill
While Kerridge is no stranger to the world of pubs, with his portfolio including the only two-Michelin-starred pub in the UK, The Hand and Flowers, as well as The Coach and The Butcher's Tap and Grill in Marlow, his upcoming Chelsea project promises to be a brilliant addition. The new establishment, taking over the space of the erstwhile The Queen's Head, aims to offer a blend of traditional pub ambience with Kerridge's signature culinary touch.
What to Expect at The Butcher's Tap and Grill, Chelsea
In Chelsea, The Butcher's Tap and Grill will prioritise its role as a local drinking pub, while also serving an array of delightful dishes. Diners can look forward to savouring excellent cuts of meat, alongside popular choices like burgers and hotdogs. A highlight of the menu will be the ingredients, with a focus on working with specific producers such as HG Walter and Dovecote Farm for 28-day dry-aged, grass-fed beef, and other premium suppliers for pork, duck, and lamb. And, of course, the quintessential Sunday roast will be a staple.
The anticipated opening took place this month and we can't wait to make a booking at the brilliant new restaurant by Tom.
