Brixton is in the middle of a serious amount of change. With the rental market driving up prices, now is the perfect time to invest in restaurant property in the area before prices become unattainable for many.

• Boom Burger: Jamaican-inspired cuisine opening March 2015 next to Brixton Village.

A transformational project of Boris Johnson’s, much of Battersea is changing dramatically. From the redevelopment of Battersea Power Station, new retail and residential areas, and the complete makeover of the 9 Elms area, this is one area of central London that is transitioning into a culinary hotspot. • Street Kitchen Hatch: Healthy, well-sourced street food that can be ordered straight from your desk and be ready in 15 minutes.
• Donna Margherita: An extremely authentic pizzeria that actually flies in some of its ingredients from Naples.

• Stokey Bears: Part of the ever-popular Burger Bear chain, Stokey Bears brings burgers and disco music to a small restaurant near you.
• Cirrik: Stoke Newington is famed for its Turkish cuisine, and perhaps one of the best, most authentic restaurants is Cirrik.
