Restaurant Property, the leading leisure specialists, have acquired unit 12, Finsbury Avenue Square on behalf of Nyokee. The site is larger than their current site off Cannon Street, consisting of ground floor; 700 sq. ft and 200 sq. ft outside seating. Finsbury Avenue Square is part of the exciting British Land Broadgate scheme, which is the largest asset by value within their portfolio. Nyokee specialise in Gnocchi (pardon the pun) which is the perfect combination of healthy steamed potatoes with a touch of flour. To accompany their signature dishes, Nyokee will provide breakfast, coffee and their “make your own salad box” inspired by their Italian roots.
Restaurant Property’s surveyors, Guy Marks and Daniel Rogers, said: "We are delighted that we have been able to help Nyokee secure their site in such a perfectly fitting location, whereby office tenants and the millions of visitors of the 32-acre scheme can benefit from Nyokee’s offering”.
