Restaurant Property Successfully Acquire New Soho Site For Heritage

Calling all fondue lovers.

Restaurant Property have secured a premises for a brand new, upscale Swiss restaurant in Rupert Street, Soho.

The menu by head chef Aarik Persuad will be based on sharing plates in a theatre-style kitchen. The drinks menu will include an extensive cocktail list. There will also be a counter bar and semi-private dining area in an elegant surrounding.  Persaud said: “London offers myriad cuisines but upscale Swiss food is under-represented. We look forward to bringing an interactive element to dining through tableside grilling and fondue but without comprising on quality.”

Guy Marks, Senior Surveyor at Restaurant Property, handled the acquisition of the former Bindisa Restaurant on behalf of Heritage. He added: “Heritage will be a great addition to Rupert Street and i believe it will fit perfectly amongst the likes of Palomar, Hovarda and Xu. It was a pleasure to work with the Heritage team and I wish them great success on their first London debut".

Heritage will open its doors on the 5th July 2019.
