Restaurant Property has successfully facilitated the sale of the property at 53 Cleveland Street in London for JRC Group's latest culinary venture, Hanasaki. This property has been in a private family estate for generations and is opening its doors to the public for the first time.


About JRC Group

JRC Group, a well-known restaurant conglomerate, already operates multiple successful restaurant brands across the UK, such as JRC Global Buffet, GOUQI, Tokia Sushi, and I Dim Sum. The group recently opened its high-end restaurant GOUQI at St James, The Trafalgar, and has nine Tokia Sushi units providing takeaway services through popular delivery platforms.


About the Concept - Hanasaki

Hanasaki, the new Japanese concept, aims to provide an authentic a la carte experience. The menu, curated by Chef Joe Zhou—who has trained in Japan under renowned chefs—consists of Japanese sushi, sashimi, cold and hot dishes, ramen, rice, and noodles. Targeting the lunch and dinner markets, as well as takeaway services, Hanasaki promises to be an exciting addition to London's culinary scene.
