New Deal: Acquisition on behalf of Apple Butter

30 November 2023

London, 30 November 2023 — After achieving remarkable success at its first site in Seven Dials, Apple Butter Café, renowned for its luxurious yet cosy dining experience, is excited to announce the upcoming opening of its new location at Langham Place, London. This expansion, facilitated by Restaurant Property, who also acquired their first site on Monmouth Street, marks a significant step in the café's growth.

A Success Story

Apple Butter Café first made its mark at Seven Dials with incredible reviews, boasting over 935 reviews on Google and an average 4-star rating. This success laid the foundation for expansion into another prestigious London location. Apple Butter has accumulated a mass following of over 40,000 followers on its colourful Instagram page, which signals they’ve identified an audience for their cuisine.

The Perfect New Setting: Langham Place

The choice of Langham Place for the new Apple Butter Café was a strategic decision spearheaded by Zack Azulay of Restaurant Property. Understanding the client's preferences and the unique appeal of the area, Zack guided the expansion to this prime location. Langham Place, nestled in Westminster and just north of Oxford Circus, is a vibrant street connecting Portland Place with Regent Street. Its proximity to the BBC office and the iconic Langham Hotel makes it an ideal spot for the next Apple Butter venture.

What to Expect at the New Apple Butter Café

The new café at Langham Place will continue to offer its heart-warming concept with an all-day dining menu. Known for its wide range of speciality coffee, gourmet sandwiches, and salads, Apple Butter also tantalises the palate with indulgent Middle-Eastern inspired desserts. The freshly baked cakes and pastries are a sensory delight.

Echoing the success of its first location, the décor at the new site promises to blend comfort with luxury, offering an inviting atmosphere for all who visit. With a commitment to quality and inclusivity, the café will also feature a full gluten and dairy-free range.

Anticipated Opening and Future Plans

While the exact opening date has yet to be announced, anticipation is building for this new chapter in Apple Butter Café's story. This expansion signifies the café's commitment to bringing its unique dining experience to more locations across London.
