Hot New Deal - Amazonico, London

The opening of Amazonico London has taken Mayfair by storm. The owners, Chef Sandro Silva and his wife Marta Seco, are the couple behind some of Spain’s most acclaimed dining spots, such as Amazonico Madrid, which attract an array of high-profile diners and celebrities. They have launched their first London site in the heart of Mayfair, which is backed by Dogus Group, the investors behind the famous Roka and Zuma. The new 13,000 sq ft site opened its doors in November.

A great new addition to Berkeley Square, this site joins its neighbours: Richard Caring’s Sexy Fish, Annabel’s, Benares and many more.

Amazonico’s breath-taking interior offers a unique dining experience within a tropical rainforest setting. The menu is focused on a South American and Asian fusion, with the restaurant featuring a theatrical sushi counter. Following its hugely successful site in Madrid, Amazonico have already allured an extensive waiting list of over 200 people until the New Year for weekend bookings.

David Rawlinson, director at Restaurant Property who acquired the site on behalf of Dogus Group said, “The bar has now been raised in London and customers expect excellent food along with theatre and outstanding service. Amazonico delivers on all fronts.” David’s recommended dishes are: Picanton Caipira (baby marinated chicken) and the Carabinero Scarlet Prawns, which are a must try!

We will be holding our annual team Christmas Party at Amazonico, so keep your eyes peeled on social media for images of the interiors and food! Follow us on Instagram @RestaurantProperty.
