96 Draycott Avenue, London SW3 3AD sold to Cutfish Sushi Bistro by Restaurant Property

 

London’s leading leisure agency, Restaurant Property, has successfully completed the sale of 96 Draycott Avenue in South Kensington to Cutfish Sushi Bistro. Cutfish Sushi Bistro, which was represented by The Leisure Partnership on this acquisition, has four restaurants in Bolshoi Kozikhinsky 17, Lesnaya 5, Petrovka 12/1, Presnenskaya Embankment 6/2. This exciting new restaurant looks to be their first in the UK and will celebrate the world of Izakaya dining.

 

Cutfish has two main menu sections with the first devoted to fresh sushi and rolls.  The second section uses a Josper grill which smokes and grills simultaneously. Featuring vegetables, beef, duck, chicken, all dishes are served as small plates for sharing. The menu is finished off by fresh simple salads.

 

Restaurant Property Founder David Rawlinson said: “We’re really looking forward to welcoming Cutfish Sushi Bistro to South Kensington. Draycott Avenue is an enviable location and the restaurant will be in good company with nearby stores including Chanel and The Conran Shop. We’re so pleased to have sold this premium location to this cutting edge new concept restaurant.”  

 

Draycott Avenue is in South Kensington situated near trendy King’s Road which is full of fashion boutiques and galleries. The site is in easy reach of London’s Underground, in between Sloane Square and South Kensington stations.
