Cosmo Montemurro would be a 4th generation restauranteur if he did not pursue a different direction to service the food and beverage sector as a real estate broker. He started his career at Winick Realty Group in 2006.
Cosmo founded Murro Realty in 2012 where he built a team to focus exclusively on F&B leasing. His background in hospitality is key to his ability to communicate his clients needs. Cosmo has brokered a wide range of deals to include Blue Ribbon Sushi in Rockefeller Center, Wolfgang’s Steakhouse in Herald Square and downtown Boston, Le Jardin Boucherie in South Beach, and all of Hogsalt’s restaurants in NYC to name a few. His clients are both nationally and internationally recognized leaders and Michelin star recipients.
