David Rawlinson

Founding Director

David received his Master Degree in Property Law and Valuation from City University and started his career in 1995 at Cushman and Wakefield Healey and Baker. David founded Restaurant Property in 2000 and has brokered many of London’s highest profile deals, including Sexy Fish, Amazonico, Ivy Asia Mayfair, Socca, Jamavar, Mimi Mei Fair, Humo and NAC, among many others. His focus is dealing with the Central London area and his clients are global brand leaders and Michelin star occupiers.

Kareen Grewal

Chief Operating Officer

Kareen plays a pivotal role in the seamless functioning of our company. With a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence, Kareen heads all company operations and administrative tasks, ensuring that every aspect of our business runs smoothly. Working closely with David, Kareen bridges the gap between strategic vision and operational execution, contributing to the company's success and growth. Dan Brown

Partner

With 10 years' experience in the London property market, Dan heads up the acquisition team here at RP. Dan has a passion for hospitality and takes great pride in working with some of the world's best operators, as well as top-tier independents. In addition, Dan specialises in advising leading hoteliers with their restaurant leasing, most notably successfully letting the restaurant space at The Berkeley Hotel. Dan's clients include The Maybourne Hotel Group, Marriott Hotel Group, Hyatt Regency, The Ascott Limited Group, Michelin-operators Tom Brown, Sollip, Akoko and variety of independent operators from restaurants to wine bars and coffee shops.

Zack Azulay

Surveyor

With over three years of experience at Restaurant Property, Zack has cultivated a deep passion for the food and beverage (F&B) industry. During his career, Zack has had the opportunity to work with some of the most exciting and high-end independent brands, including brokering standout deals like Josephine for Claude Bosi and Space Talk in Farringdon. Outside of work, Zack is a true foodie, always exploring new flavors and culinary experiences. In his personal time, Zack loves playing paddle, travelling to new destinations, and spending time with friends and family.

Percy Fricker

Surveyor

Percy heads up the Central London Sales side of the business. He began his career in residential and commercial property three years ago in Richmond and has now moved into the F&B sector. He has a passion for the Hospitality sector and is often found in local restaurants trying out new cuisines. Outside of work, you will find him following his football team, Arsenal, playing golf or socialising with his friends.

Cosmo Montemurro

New York Partner

Cosmo Montemurro would be a 4th generation restauranteur if he did not pursue a different direction to service the food and beverage sector as a real estate broker. He started his career at Winick Realty Group in 2006. Cosmo founded Murro Realty in 2012 where he built a team to focus exclusively on F&B leasing. His background in hospitality is key to his ability to communicate his clients needs. Cosmo has brokered a wide range of deals to include Blue Ribbon Sushi in Rockefeller Center, Wolfgang’s Steakhouse in Herald Square and downtown Boston, Le Jardin Boucherie in South Beach, and all of Hogsalt’s restaurants in NYC to name a few. His clients are both nationally and internationally recognized leaders and Michelin star recipients.

Eliza Esenbek

Dubai Partner

Eliza has been living in Dubai for the last sixteen years, slowly Dubai became close to her heart and it has become her home. Eliza spent quality time between the Real Estate, Financial & Offshore industries. She is inspired by the city infrastructure, and architecture and is thrilled to be part of the evolving city and its growth. Eliza is leading a Retail – F&B division at CRC (Commercial Real Estate Company) part of Better homes LLC helping many brands to secure great locations.

David Moore

In-house restaurant Consultant

David Moore, founder and owner of Michelin-starred restaurant Pied à Terre in Fitzrovia. Moore is regular voice on all things hospitality, he has appeared frequently on TV and Radio shows including The Restaurant with Raymond Blanc BBC2, Masterchef The Professionals BBC 2, This Morning ITV, Inside Out BBC 1 and has been a regular contributor to BBC Radio 2 with Nigel Barden and often a guest speaker on panels and trade events such as The Restaurant Show. His successes are not limited to Michelin stars, with a keen interest in Cocktail bars, Moore was a founding partner in the LCC, which later floated and went on to be Nightcap plc. Concepts including an American smoke-house, rotisserie chicken, a brewery and pubs are amongst the portfolio at any given time. He brings all this and Moore to his hospitality consultancy, helping to ensure success for each client.

Justin has over 20 years’ experience in the property industry, undertaking rent reviews, lease renewals and resolving associated Landlord and Tenant disputes throughout the UK. He has worked for leading firms including Cushman & Wakefield Healey & Baker, Chesterton and BNP Paribas Real Estate, with a focus on restaurants, bars and the wider leisure market. Justin enjoys long term relationships with a wide range of UK-based and international clients, and is regularly retained to act for operators, private clients and property companies.
