David received his Master Degree in Property Law and Valuation from City University, London and started his career in 1995 at Cushman and Wakefield Healey and Baker, the largest global real estate advisors.
In 2000 he realised the potential for a corporate minded specialist within the restaurant sector, and in the same year acquired his first restaurant for ASK PLC.
David is best known for his contacts within the Michelin star sector but also maintains excellent relationships with all the national brands. On the landlord side he has advised many London based Estates, such as Grosvenor Estate (Mayfair) and The Portman Estate, as well as numerous private landlords. He also provides development advice on some of London’s largest developments, such as Central St Giles on behalf of Legal and General and Mitsubishi Estate.
David has overseen some of London’s highest profile transactions including Gordon Ramsay (Petrus, One New Change, The Warrington), Will Smith and Anthony Demetre (Les Deux Salon), Arjun and Peter Waney (Banco) , David Moore (L’Autre Pied) and Raymond Blanc (London Cocktail Club).

Jason has worked in the Restaurant and Leisure sector for over 14 years whilst at Jones Lang Lasalle, Dalgleish and CB Richard Ellis.
He has vast experience giving development and leasing advice on leisure schemes such as The Gate in Newcastle, Crawley Leisure Park, Swiss Centre, London, and more recently Central Saint Giles on behalf of institutional clients such as Land Securities, Morley/Aviva, British Land, Henderson, Quintain and Legal and General.
As well as being preferred agent for Gondola (Pizza Express, Ask, Zizzi and Byron), Jason has a stable of client’s that include Iberica, Bumpkin, Obika, Turtle Bay and Individual Restaurants.
Jason's depth of knowledge of cinemas, casinos, bowling, night clubs, hotels, bars as well as restaurants made him the ideal choice of partner. In 2008 he became joint owner of Restaurant Property.

Mark joined Restaurant Property in May 2008, with a background of commercial disposals and lettings. Mark’s primary role in the company is to head up the disposal of restaurants. He has worked for institutional landlord’s such as Minerva, Threadneedle, Invista, SWIP, CRBE Investors, The Portman Estate and Grosvenor and also working for private landlord’s.
On the tenant side Mark has advised on lettings to Pizza Express, Cote, Cafe Rouge, Southwark Rooms, Benito’s Hat, Roast, Prêt a Manger, disposals for Gordon Ramsay Holdings including most recently The Warrington Maida Vale, surrenders for Rowleys and acquisitions for Prezzo, Gondola, Yo! Sushi and Richoux.
